Artists are invited to enter the 36th Annual Foothills Art Festival to be held at the indoor Lodge at Canter’s Cave 4-H Camp, 5 miles northwest of Jackson, Ohio. The Festival will run from Friday, October 13 to Sunday, October 15, 2017.
